High frequency hot press applies high frequency generator to hydraulic press, by mould and electrode, it transfer the High frequency power to the work piece to achieve the function of fast gluing and forming. High frequency (radio frequency) press is suitable for: bent plywood chair, bent or arc plywood for the furniture or bed or other bent plywood products like close hanger or surface of musical instrument.

Character of High frequency heating press:

1) Fast and uniformly heating

2) Bending shape is stable, not easy to change de-lamination

3) High frequency power is a selectively heating power, it concentrate only on water or glue, wood not consume HF power, so HF heating is effective and power saving

4) Wooden or MDF mould used, much economic than metal mould if shape is frequently changed.
